A French Farewell

The Ambassador of France Gerard Chesnel held a reception in honor of Bernard Regnauld-Fabre, who was bidding the country farewell after several years of dedicated and extraordinary service in Manila as First Counsellor and Deputy Chief of Mission at the French Embassy.
  At What’s On & Expat, Regnauld-Fabre will always be remembered as a warm, amiable presence during diplomatic events, going out of his way to engage in stimulating conversations and provide insightful commentary. The extent of his popularity was evidenced by the significant turnout at the reception, which was well-attended by members of the diplomatic corps, the French community and friends of the Embassy. The reception also served as a welcome to the newcomers of the French Embassy Messrs. D. Ortolland, J.L. Bertrand and A. Rayar.
