The art of fine Italian living experienced its birth in the Philippines when FURNitalia Managing Director Florence Ko opened the Calligaris showroom to thrilled architects, interior designers and choosy homeowners in a glamorous launch. Calligaris, a leader in the Italian furniture industry, sent its Export Area Manager Atillo Borra to personally attend the opening and introduce Filipinos to the fine art of Italian living. Combining the quality of Italian style, artisan tradition and the benefits of industrialization, the Calligaris three-storey showroom at Connecticut St. in Greenhills showed fascinating collections that present its “freedom of living” concept—a whole range of furniture and accessories that have essential, innovative and functional designs that have extreme versatility and multi-functionality. The star-studded launch gathered the country’s A-listers and engaged them in a performance of Italian songs by tenor Conrado Ong, an exciting game and a premium raffle of four Calligaris showcases. Congratulations to Calligaris and FURNitalia for infusing our lives with style and substance!
