What’s On & Expat Newspaper will not assume any responsibility for advertising reproductions that do not conform to our mechanical specification as listed here.

Black and white: Camera-ready artwork or two repro proofs suitable for camera reproductions or one screened final negatives, right reading, emulsion down, must be provided for reproduction.

Other materials will be accepted for reproduction, but the publication does not accept responsibility for any reproduction problems as a result of poor client-supplied materials. Changes to supplied materials will be made by the publisher only in written instructions from agency or clients, and such changes must be received at least a week prior to issue dates. Proofs incorporating changes will be sent to the agency or clients for approval.

Publisher assumes no responsibility for errors and omissions resulting from changes. All ad changes will be subject to a correction fee.

ELECTRONIC FILE PREPARATION
When supplying a file from a page layout application, you must include all links and fonts. We accept files both in Macintosh and PC formats. Photos must be saved in CMYK or gray scale mode at 300dpi in final size.

For full color ads, submit color-separated negatives, emulsion down in 100 screen lines with color key or match print. For black & white ads, final art work, photo print must be submitted
